- I like to paint in the passion of the moment, often without an exact 'plan' for each peice. Instead I try to attack each canvas with an overall concept and let my my mood guide me through it. Adrienne, we brought the version of this painting of yours with us to the new apartment because I couldn't bear to see it left in the empty basement. I've put it up in our bedroom on the brick wall that goes up from the fireplace (don't worry, it's a non-working fireplace!). I wanted to tell you that I absolutely fall in love with the image every time I look at it. It makes me feel so warm and connected. It's just absolutely beautiful. Everyone on the street looking into our apartment can see it as well so they can share in it's beauty! Anyways, just wanted to share because it's a great reminder of you and your eventual return!!! yay! Can't wait to see what you paint when you're back! All your new wonderful experiences!
